Some Stories Are Not Meant to Be Watched.
They Are Meant to Be Lived.
Adam Stielstra is a filmmaker, musician, and lifelong psychonaut whose work lives at the intersection of consciousness, suffering, and love. For 36 years he has explored psychedelics—not as escape, but as devotion. A spiritual rupture in 1989 cracked his life open, and every journey since has sharpened his vision, deepened his compassion, and forged a rare artistic voice.
His films do not simply entertain; they function as mirrors, prayers, and catalysts—awakening viewers to the hidden systems of harm in our world and the hidden light within themselves. Adam’s deepest work is collaborative: he helps other people transform their powerful experiences, missions, and causes into stories that reach hearts, inspire action, and shift culture. Adam welcomes collaboration on your films, campaigns, research, and ideas — helping you bring your story, your mission, or your cause to life with cinematic impact.
For the Voyagers on the Ice
This page is a living dossier for those gathered on this Antarctic psychedelic summit—healers, scientists, artists, activists, visionaries, and explorers of consciousness. If you carry a story about healing, research, faith, trauma, climate, transformation, or the edges of human experience, Adam is here not only to share his work, but to help you bring your story into the world with cinematic clarity and emotional truth.
Collaboration is the point. Adam welcomes partnering on your projects, campaigns, research, and ideas— exploring the stories that emerge from your mission, your work, or your lived experience. If you have a powerful story to tell, or feel one forming inside your practice, your healing, your art, or your cause, he is open to co-creating it with you—helping shape it into something that can inspire, awaken, or move the world. If something here resonates with your work, find Adam on the ship — on the deck, in the lounge, or out among the ice — and let’s explore what we might create together.
Dear Anybody — A National Campaign to Expose the Darkest Industry on Earth
Dear Anybody is a nationwide storytelling and awareness campaign designed to expose the hidden systems of human trafficking in America—and to mobilize communities to fight back. At its heart are six gripping PSAs, each revealing a different face of exploitation, from online grooming to domestic servitude. Together, they make one thing unmistakably clear: trafficking is not far away. It is here.
The campaign is powered by redM’s arMed Toolkit—an interactive platform offering education, prevention strategies, survivor resources, volunteer paths, and legislative advocacy templates. The mission is simple and devastatingly urgent: give ordinary people the power to identify, report, and stop trafficking before it happens.
Progress: $600,000 raised • Four PSAs complete • App fully designed.
Next Steps: Fund the final two PSAs • Execute a national media buy • Complete app development.
Projected Impact: Over 25 million impressions in year one.

Where Christianity Meets Psychedelic Medicine
Ligare Stories is a series that steps into one of the most charged thresholds of our time: the meeting point between Christian faith and psychedelic healing. Through intimate testimonies and reflective storytelling, the project reveals how psychedelics are helping people heal trauma, reframe their relationship with God, and move from fear-based faith to lived, embodied spirituality.
Developed alongside Hunt Priest, founder of Ligare: A Christian Psychedelic Society, and supported by Rick Doblin and MAPS, the series speaks directly to faith-based audiences who have rarely been invited into this conversation with nuance, compassion, and theological care.
Proof of Concept: Completed—funded by a single private donor.
Amplification: MAPS has pledged support to promote the series through its social channels.
Goal: Complete the full series by Summer 2026, build momentum across social media, and present at the next Psychedelic Science Conference once it has a living audience.

Hunt Priest is an Episcopal priest and the founder of Ligare: A Christian Psychedelic Society. After participating in a groundbreaking psilocybin study for religious professionals, he committed his ministry to helping Christians integrate mystical experience, trauma healing, and contemplative spirituality. His work stands at the crossroads of sacrament, science, and soul.
His leadership gives Ligare Stories its unique ability to speak meaningfully to both skeptics and believers, grounding psychedelic transformation in the language of faith, compassion, and spiritual maturity. Through Hunt and Ligare, the series offers a rare path: not away from Christianity, but deeper into its heart.
REPORT! — A Surreal Psychedelic Feature Set in the Womb of Jesus
REPORT! is a visually minimalist, philosophically rich spiritual drama that unfolds entirely inside an infinite white space—the womb of Jesus. Tim Tutt, an ordinary middle-aged man, finds himself trapped there through a psychedelic experience. There is no exit until he fully surrenders to God.
As a divine worker named Deep Smurph—a blue being in a work jumpsuit with a clipboard—observes and antagonizes him, Tim flails through despair, absurdity, ego death, and flashes of unexpected humor, desperate to understand how to get out. The film plays like a visual koan: part existential comedy, part spiritual initiation, part psychedelic parable about the illusion of control.
Budget: $150,000 — extraordinarily low for a feature of this ambition and scope.
Production Plan: Single white-walled soundstage • 12 shoot days • Minimal cast and crew • Post-production handled in-house.
ROI Potential: Festival run → art house tour → streaming and licensing—with strong cult-film longevity and niche audience appeal.
Equity Opportunity: Limited investors invited. The structure prioritizes recoupment and provides long-tail participation in net profits, with the potential for both financial and cultural return.

Adam’s deepest work is not about content—it is about consecration. He is drawn to those devoting their lives to healing the world, expanding consciousness, advancing psychedelic science, transforming systems, and creating art that wakes people up. If you carry that same fire, he is interested in you—not as an audience member, but as a potential collaborator, ally, or co-creator. If you have a story, research path, or mission that needs a cinematic voice, this is a standing invitation to explore collaboration.
Filmmaker. Musician. Storyteller. Psychonaut.
Adam Stielstra is a filmmaker, musician, and storyteller whose work lives at the intersection of humanity and art. His films and PSAs reveal beauty inside struggle and purpose inside pain, bringing light to causes that matter—from human trafficking to spiritual transformation. He has collaborated with Academy Award winners, NBA champions, global nonprofits, and recording artists.
His work has earned a Platinum Telly, multiple MarCom and Communicator Awards, and an Emmy nomination. But more than trophies, his body of work is defined by a consistent throughline: stories that move people to feel, to think, and to act.
Adam is also a lifelong psychonaut with 36 years of psychedelic experience. His life was transformed in 1989, and he has continued exploring consciousness ever since—integrating those insights into the emotional, spiritual, and artistic depth of everything he creates.
He has lived a life rich with adventure—kicked off a moving train, tear-gassed, chased through backroads, and lost in wild places from Alaska to Ecuador. He has met mystics, scientists, and strangers who have shifted him in ways no classroom ever could.
Through it all, one truth anchors everything he does: love. And that love expresses itself through collaboration — helping others bring their stories, causes, and ideas into the world through thoughtful, emotionally resonant, cinematic storytelling. Adam welcomes collaboration on your projects, campaigns, or causes, shaping them into narratives with depth, impact, and meaning.
The Energy Dilemma
The Energy Dilemma is a documentary Adam produced and directed, examining the complex balance between energy, environment, and human need. It demonstrates his ability to navigate nuanced issues with clarity, empathy, and cinematic craft—another thread in his larger tapestry of socially conscious storytelling.
If something in these stories — or in your own life, research, mission, or community — resonates with this work, Adam would be honored to explore collaboration on your projects, campaigns, or ideas. Whether you're building a film, launching a cause, developing research, or shaping a story that needs to be told, this is an open door to create something meaningful together.
